Welcome to the #seaweedloversclub

I am beyond words to describe how excited I am to bring Alg to live. In the last good twelve months, I have been developing, contemplating, sometimes procrastinating this range of seaweed product that I have in mind. I’d say fear has a lot to do with the delayed launch of the product, fear of the unknown, fear of failure. One day I thought to myself… fxxx it, just do it, Sarah!!! Over time, I put one foot in front of another and step by step created five unique flavors for our first range, the Australian range. I love and am proud of all of them and I hope you are too!

The one main question people ask about the product is… ‘how do I use it?’ Just think about Alg like herbs and spices or even salt. The most common way to use them is to sprinkle them on food if you want extra flavor. Salads, noodle, stir fry, grilled meats/fish works really well with most flavors of the range. You can also add Alg into quiche, polenta chips and desserts etc…
