Description

Alg Seaweed partnered with Ratio Cocoa Roasters in Melbourne to create this handmade chocolate. It is sprinkled with Rainbow Seaweed™, a blend of five sustainably and organically farmed and wild-harvested seaweed from around the world.

Rainbow Seaweed™ adds umami and a slightly salty flavour to the unique 63% bean-to-bar vegan dark chocolate. The chocolate is made from organic cocoa beans from Panama and the Dominican Republic. The smooth chocolate has a melt-in-your-mouth texture with a broad flavour profile.

Tasty & gorgeous

Alg seaweed's raspberry and rainbow seaweed is as delicious as it is gorgeous. I love sharing this with my friends and family who are always surprised to find seaweed in chocolate! The salty-sweet combination of all the ingredients are to die for!
