

Charcuterie Board with Seaweed Hummus

Planning to host a party this holiday season but don’t want to go through the hassle of cooking up a feast? Get a tub of nice quality hummus, sprinkle some seaweed flakes and paprika to make it all classy! And, it takes 2 minutes!
Charcuterie boards are brilliant for entertaining and it will definitely take some workload off your shoulders. There are no hard rules for making a charcuterie board. Just head to the grocery store and pick up some cured meat, cheese, crackers, dips and you’re good to go!
We like using seasonal ingredients for our charcuterie board so it’s always different and fun to make! The best part about making your own charcuterie board is that you can personalize it and fill it up with ingredients you actually like!
Products used - Rainbow Seaweed Flakes
- Prep: 15 mins
- Yields: Serves 6
Directions
1Transfer hummus into a nice bowl.
2Sprinkle the Rainbow Seaweed flakes and paprika on top of the hummus.
3Slice the carrot, cucumber and bell pepper into sticks.
4Slice the soft cheese into triangles and semi-hard cheese into slices.
5Place larger items such as hummus and cheeses on the board first.
6Arrange the fruits, vegetables and crackers around the board
7Fold the cured meat pieces into quarters and place it in the blank spots.
8Serve immediately for the freshest charcuterie board
