

Chilli Nuts

Nuts are one of our favourite things to snack on. They are excellent sources of protein, fibre and healthy fats. This recipe uses our Rainbow Seaweed Chilli Flakes and is perfect for those who likes a little kick in their guilt-free snack. You can use any combination of nuts – peanuts, cashews, almonds, pecans, walnuts and the list goes on. We recommend using raw and unsalted nuts so that you can control the amount of fat and salt that goes into it.

Directions
1Preheat oven to 150°C.
2Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
3Mix all the ingredients except nuts in a large mixing bowl until well combined.
4Then, add in the nuts and stir to evenly coat the nuts with seasonings.
5Spread seasoned nuts on a baking sheet.
6Bake for 20-30 minutes. Stirring every 10 minutes.
7Watch carefully to make sure it doesn’t burn.
8Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
9Store in airtight containers.
