Chilli Scrambled Eggs

You might already have your definition of what a perfect scrambled egg should be but try this out - Sprinkle our Rainbow Seaweed Chili on it for a nice little kick of heat and an extra boost of nutrients.
Pair this Chilli Scrambled Eggs with a slice of bread and cup of coffee in the morning – what a way to start the day!

1In a medium bowl, lightly whisk the eggs, Rainbow Seaweed Chilli sprinkle, Rainbow Seaweed Flakes and chives together.
2Heat a medium-sized non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
3Add butter into the pan.
4Once the butter has melted, add the egg mixture into the pan.
5Using a spatula, start pulling the cooked eggs from the outer edges of the pan towards the center. The uncooked eggs will flow to the edge of the pan and cook when it touches the base of the pan.
6Continue the pulling motion until all of the egg is collected in the center of the skillet and there are no more uncooked eggs flowing to the edge of the pan.
7Turn off the heat.
8Divide the scrambled eggs into two servings & gently push it around the pan for another 10 seconds. The remaining heat will cook through the rest of the egg.
9Sprinkle some of Alg Seaweed’s Rainbow Seaweed Chilli on top and serve immediately.
