Overnight oats can be kept in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 5 days. This means that you can prepare your oats ahead for a grab-and-go meal during the workweek. This recipe does not only help to simplify your morning routine; it is also a great way to increase your daily fibre intake.

Directions
1Combine rolled oats, chia seeds, and milk in a small bowl or mason jar.
