

Whipped Seaweed Butter

Enjoy creamy steakhouse quality whipped butter without having to dine into your local steak house. This whipped butter recipe is very easy to prepare at home and can be enjoyed on top of toast, muffins, crumpets or enjoyed with delicious homemade seaweed bagels.
Only household ingredients necessary – Milk and butter and within minutes you’ll enjoy a creamy butter.

Directions
1Removing butter from the refrigerator 30 minutes in room temperature before whipping.
2Place softened butter to room temperature in a small mixing bowl
3Once the butter has soften, add milk.
4Whip with a hand mixer on low for 1 minute or whip by hand for 5 minutes until pale
5Add Rainbow Seaweed Flakes
6Increase the speed to high and mix for 2 to 4 minutes until butter is light and creamy
7Serve on toast, pancakes or steak
8Leftover butter can be wrapped in cling wrap in a tube and store it in an airtight container in the fridge.
