Lime and Seaweed Margarita

Makes 2 glasses

Ingredients

120mL tequila
60mL Cointreau
45mL lime juice
2 Lime slices
1 tbsp Rainbow Seaweed Salt
Ice

Steps

  1. Cut 2 thin slices of lime for garnishing. Squeeze the remaining lime to get 45mL of lime juice.
  2. Spread the Rainbow Seaweed Salt evenly on a small plate.
  3. Run a slice of lime around the rim of your glass.
  4. Dip the glass rim in salt.
  5. Add tequila, Cointreau, lime juice and ice into a cocktail shaker.
  6. Shake well then strain into 2 glasses.
  7. Garnish with lime wheels and serve immediately.
