Makes 2 glasses
Ingredients
120mL tequila
60mL Cointreau
45mL lime juice
2 Lime slices
1 tbsp Rainbow Seaweed Salt

Steps
- Cut 2 thin slices of lime for garnishing. Squeeze the remaining lime to get 45mL of lime juice.
- Spread the Rainbow Seaweed Salt evenly on a small plate.
- Run a slice of lime around the rim of your glass.
- Dip the glass rim in salt.
- Add tequila, Cointreau, lime juice and ice into a cocktail shaker.
- Shake well then strain into 2 glasses.
- Garnish with lime wheels and serve immediately.
