Shipping terms

 

We will process your order within 72 hours of receiving your order. Please allow 2 – 5 business days for delivery (depending on your location). Deliveries to Western Australia or Northern Territory can take between 5 - 10 business days.

Please note, orders placed from Friday to Sunday and on public holidays will not be processed until the next business day available.

 

At this stage, we are not offering international shipping. 

 

PRE-ORDERS

If Alg Seaweed offers pre-orders to its customers, the above shipping and dispatch times are not to be followed and the dates and times communicated by Alg Seaweed should be used by customers.

 

Alg Seaweed will always try our best but does not accept any liability if dispatch or delivery dates are later than what was communicated.

 

Whilst we do everything possible to ensure that your order is delivered on time, Alg Seaweed cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as weather, courier issues, etc. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for the delivery services of our couriers, Australia Post, or other logistics provider.

 

Any items missing/stolen or undelivered due to incorrect information cannot be replaced by Alg Seaweed If this is the case, please contact the logistics provider immediately, they often have more information than what is available online.
