Charcuterie Board with Seaweed Hummus

 

Products used - Rainbow Seaweed Flakes

Serves 6

Ingredients

Seaweed Hummus:
1 tub (220g) Hummus
¼ tsp Paprika
2 tsp Rainbow Seaweed Flakes / Tasmanian Wakame
Charcuterie Board:
3 small radishes
1 carrot
1 cucumber
1 bell pepper
60g Crackers
50g Soft Cheese (Brie, Camembert)
50g Semi-hard Cheese (Monterey, Provolone, Cheddar)
50g Cured meat (Salami, Prosciutto)
50g Berries (Strawberries, Raspberries)
30g Nuts (Walnut, almond)

Steps

  1. Transfer hummus into a nice bowl.
  2. Sprinkle the Rainbow Seaweed flakes and paprika on top of the hummus.
  3. Slice the carrot, cucumber and bell pepper into sticks.
  4. Slice the soft cheese into triangles and semi-hard cheese into slices.
  5. Place larger items such as hummus and cheeses on the board first.
  6. Arrange the fruits, vegetables and crackers around the board.
  7. Fold the cured meat pieces into quarters and place it in the blank spots.
  8. Serve immediately for freshness.
