Product used in this recipe: Rainbow Seaweed Chilli Seasoning
Makes 10 serves
Ingredients
2 cups of nuts of your choice or mixed nuts, raw*
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp Alg Rainbow Seaweed Chilli
1 tsp Alg Rainbow Seaweed Salt
Steps
- Preheat oven to 150°C.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Mix all the ingredients except nuts in a large mixing bowl until well combined.
- Then, add in the nuts and stir to evenly coat the nuts with seasonings.
- Spread seasoned nuts on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes. Stirring every 10 minutes.
- Watch carefully to make sure it doesn’t burn.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
- Store in airtight containers.
Notes
*We recommend using raw and unsalted nuts so that you can control the amount of fat and salt that goes into it.
