Overnight Oats with Seaweed Flakes

Products used in this recipe - Rainbow Seaweed Flakes 

Serves 1

Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats
1 tsp chia seeds
½ cup milk
½ cup fruit of your choice (berries, bananas)
¼ cup nuts of your choice (walnuts, almond, hazelnut)
2 tsp Alg Rainbow Seaweed Flakes
Drizzle of sweetener (honey/rice malt syrup), optional

Steps

  1. Combine rolled oats, chia seeds, and milk in a small bowl or mason jar.
  2. Stir well to combine.
  3. Cover securely with a lid and refrigerate overnight.
  4. The next morning, top with Alg Rainbow Seaweed Flakes, fruits and nuts of your choice.
  5. Add a drizzle of syrup or honey if you’d like.
  6. Enjoy it chilled!
