Seaweed, Chocolate and Raspberry Bliss Balls

Makes 12

Ingredients

100g dates
40g walnuts
40g hazelnuts
30g pistachios
1 tsp cocoa powder
¼ cup Rainbow Seaweed Flakes
1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
1 tbsp freeze-dried raspberry powder

Steps

  1. Soak the dates in hot water for 1 minute until they have softened, then drain the water.
  2. Blend walnuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, and dates in a food processor, until well combined.
  3. Add the cocoa powder, Rainbow Seaweed Flakes and coconut oil then blend again until a dough begins to form.
  4. Divide the dough into 12 pieces and roll into balls.
  5. Place freeze-dried raspberry powder on a flat plate then roll the balls in the powder to coat.
  6. Store the bliss balls in an airtight container and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  7. Serve the bliss balls from the fridge. Store the remaining bliss balls in the fridge to enjoy for the rest of the week!
