Ingredients
100g dates
40g walnuts
40g hazelnuts
30g pistachios
1 tsp cocoa powder
¼ cup Rainbow Seaweed Flakes
1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
1 tbsp freeze-dried raspberry powder
Steps
- Soak the dates in hot water for 1 minute until they have softened, then drain the water.
- Blend walnuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, and dates in a food processor, until well combined.
- Add the cocoa powder, Rainbow Seaweed Flakes and coconut oil then blend again until a dough begins to form.
- Divide the dough into 12 pieces and roll into balls.
- Place freeze-dried raspberry powder on a flat plate then roll the balls in the powder to coat.
- Store the bliss balls in an airtight container and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Serve the bliss balls from the fridge. Store the remaining bliss balls in the fridge to enjoy for the rest of the week!
