Ingredients
- 1 tb Alg Seaweed Rainbow Seaweed Seasoning
- 1 tsp ground white pepper
- 200-250g sashimi grade raw tuna
- cooking oil
- 2 tsp Umamayo Seaweed Infused Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp chopped spring onion
On a flat plate, sprinkle Alg Seaweed Rainbow Seaweed Seasoning and white pepper. Roll tuna on the plate so all surface area of the fish is covered except the two sides. This will help monitor how the fish is cooking. Heat a non-stick pan with cooking oil. Carefully sear the surface of the fish, approximately five to ten seconds on each side until the outside of the fish turns white. Transfer the fish onto a chopping board and slice using a sharp knife. Drizzle Kewpie mayonnaise and sprinkle spring onion. Serve with salad, udon, soba or rice.
