Ingredients
1 tbsp of unsalted butter
1 tsp of milk
1 tsp of Alg Rainbow Seaweed Flakes
Steps
- Remove butter from the refrigerator 30 minutes before whipping (soften at room temperature).
- Place softened butter to room temperature in a small mixing bowl.
- Once the butter has soften, add milk.
- Whip with a hand mixer on low for 1 minute or whip by hand for 5 minutes until pale
- Add Rainbow Seaweed Flakes.
- Increase the speed to high and mix for 2 to 4 minutes until butter is light and creamy,
- Serve on toast, pancakes or steak. Leftover butter can be wrapped in cling wrap in a tube and store it in an airtight container in the fridge.
