Chilli Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients

10g salted butter
4 eggs
1 tsp fresh chives (chopped)
Pinch of Alg Rainbow Seaweed Chilli
Pinch of Alg Rainbow Seaweed Flakes

Steps

  1. In a medium bowl, lightly whisk the eggs, Rainbow Seaweed Chilli sprinkle, Rainbow Seaweed Flakes and chives together.
  2. Heat a medium-sized non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Add butter into the pan.
  4. Once the butter has melted, add the egg mixture into the pan.
  5. Using a spatula, start pulling the cooked eggs from the outer edges of the pan towards the center. The uncooked eggs will flow to the edge of the pan and cook when it touches the base of the pan.
  6. Continue the pulling motion until all of the egg is collected in the center of the skillet and there are no more uncooked eggs flowing to the edge of the pan.
  7. Turn off the heat.
  8. Divide the scrambled eggs into two servings & gently push it around the pan for another 10 seconds. The remaining heat will cook through the rest of the egg.
  9. Sprinkle some of Alg Seaweed’s Rainbow Seaweed Chilli on top and serve immediately.
