Method

  1. Cook the Rice
    Cook the jasmine or brown rice according to package instructions. Once cooked, fluff with a fork and set aside to cool slightly.

  2. Prepare the Tofu
    Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and pan-fry the tofu cubes until golden and crisp on all sides, about 6–8 minutes. Season with a sprinkle of Rainbow Seaweed Salt while cooking.

  3. Assemble the Bowl

    • Start with a base of rice in your bowl.
    • Arrange the sliced cucumber, avocado cubes, shredded purple cabbage, pan-fried tofu, and fermented beet slices around the bowl.
  4. Add Garnishes

    • Place a dollop of Umamayo Seaweed Mayonnaise in the center of the bowl.
    • Add a few slices of Gaga's Reserve Kimchi for a spicy and tangy kick.
