Ingredients
100g goat cheese
100g sour cream
Pinch of Alg Rainbow Seaweed Salt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Alg Rainbow Seaweed Flakes
¼ tsp lemon zest
Steps
- Pulse goat cheese, sour cream and Rainbow Seaweed Salt in a food processor until smooth and well combined.
- Scoop whipped goat cheese out of the food processor and place into a shallow bowl.
- Use a spoon to create a well in the center of the whipped goat cheese.
- Fill the well with olive oil. Then, sprinkle Rainbow Seaweed Flakes and lemon zest on top.
- Serve as a dip with toasted bread, crackers or vegetable sticks.
