Who doesn't like dumplings? It's something you can make on the weekend in bulk and enjoy over the week boiled, fried or steamed! We partnered up with House of Goodness to bring you this gluten free pork and seaweed dumplings. Give it a try!
a pack of House of Goodness Dumpling Pastry Mix or about 40 round dumpling wrappers of your choice
770g minced pork
3g dried black fungus, rehydrate with water
1.5 tb gluten free soy sauce
1/2 tsp white pepper
2/3 cup frozen peas
1 tb sesame oil
1.5 tb Rainbow Seaweed Flakes
Chilli oil
Rainbow Seaweed Seasoning
Coriander to garnish
Directions
1Prepare the dumpling wrappers according to the instructions on the packet.
2In a large mixing bowl, combine minced pork, black fungus, soy sauce, white pepper, peas, sesame oil and Rainbow Seaweed Flakes. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
3Wrap the dumplings according to the shape you like. Wonton wrapping method is used in this recipe and you can find the tutorial on the House of Goodness website.
4Prepare a pot of boiling water and boil dumplings for 8 minutes.
5Strain and place on a bowl, drizzle chilli oil and lastly sprinkle Rainbow Seaweed Seasoning.
