
Whipped Goat’s Cheese with Seaweed Flakes

This is a simple recipe you can whip up in under 10 minutes. You can use it as a dip for crackers and vegetable sticks or as a spread on toasted bread. The combination of tangy and creamy goat cheese with our umami seaweed salt and seaweed flakes is absolutely perfect!

Directions
1Pulse goat cheese, sour cream and Rainbow Seaweed Salt in a food processor until smooth and well combined.
2Scoop whipped goat cheese out of the food processor and place into a shallow bowl.
3Use a spoon to create a well in the center of the whipped goat cheese.
4Fill the well with olive oil. Then, sprinkle Rainbow Seaweed Flakes and lemon zest on top.
5Serve as a dip with toasted bread, crackers or vegetable sticks.
